Took our coach to camping world for Columbia SC. The service lady that helped was was 100% excellent, but the technicians in the shops leave a lot to be desired. When we told them that we believe that our dc inverter was not working properly they told they would check it out. In a couple of days the called, we went back and was told it was our barriers and that we needed new ones. Ours were only a yr old and we ask that preach check again. They put it back in the shop or so they said. They called again. Said we needed new batteries. We went out bought new batteries and went to Ga for some camping. Next morning our new batteries were dead. Called a man who works on campers. He came came into my home and looked at our inverter and dc panel above our door and stated it is your inverter. He said that he could tell no one had pulled the inverter out as it was stuck in there for a long time. It had loose wiring and had shorted out and burnt some wiring. He fixed our inverter and all is good. Shame on you camping world. We live on Social Security and we had to pay you, but new batteries and pay him. Shame shame on you

This is a long overdue thanks to Chris Stubbs of Camping World Columbia SC. We were traveling cross country and had an electrical problem. Chris was willing to take a look at our rig even though there were no appointments available, and he was the only service advisor working Dec 23, 2017. When we described our problem, he had a few ideas which he checked out, It was an inverter problem. He showed us how to work around the problem and got us back on our trip all within a few hours. We were very pleased with his service and want to recommend him to others.

Bought a used camping trailer from here last weekend. Had such a great experience--it was even FUN! Everyone from the sales person, Rodger, to the sales manager, service manager, finance manager, Matt who did the walk through, to Daniel who cleaned and prepped it for delivery was GREAT to work with!! Even got a call today from Rodger asking us if we got it back home to Charleston OK. An absolutely positive experience.

Do not do business with these people. Ordered awnings 3 weeks ago, made appointment to install first thing this morning. Was told 2 days ago they would get us in first and have us out to get on their road. Service manager had bad attitude, so we just took them awnings with us and are going to nicer more customer friendly camping world. Do not believe what these people say, they tell you what you want to hear to get you to commit then screw you up in the end.
