He has refused fix major structural problems with our new home or pay another contractor. Came highly recommended but right away we noticed some terrible exterior work by the subs. Found out later he fired subs then got very mad at us for complaining! Tried to kick us out of the contract and hold our deposit until he sold the home to another buyer? We set a maximum limit for cost/overages to include appliances but way before that limit, he said he was out of money. We had to buy all the appliances and most of the lights ourselves. Found out later one of the appliances was damaged. When we confronted him he claimed he was aware but that he ,"thought you bought a second hand damaged appliance." He invoiced us tens of thousands of dollars in additional overages right before closing, but still could not determine the final cost so the bank cancelled the first closing at our expense! Never fixed problems, got his big check and abandoned us. Terrible- Beware!
