Provided by YP.comI had a horrible experience with Dr. Kirchner. I was referred due to sinus disease, an enlarged structure in my sinuses, and other structural abnormalities (deviated septum). He was wearing a fragrance that set of an allergic reaction. He then coated himself in fragranced hand sanitizer that made it worse. I repeatedly told him the fragrances bothered me and asked him to wash the stuff off his hands. My sinuses started to spill down the back of my throat, and my airways felt constricted. I started clearing my throat repeatedly in agony. He said lots of people lived normal lives with abnormal sinus structures. I mentioned what was causing the migraines, and he dismissed sinus caused migraines completely. He then said my clearing my throat was due to reflux?? I told him that it was an allergic reaction to him and his fragranced sanitizer not the equivalent to kennel cough. I then caught him putting the fragranced sanitizer on the implements he had been putting up my nose. It freaked me out. Is this how they sanitize their implements? His nurse had told me that I needed to “pray about what ails me.” I thought this was a strangely unprofessional thing to say, but after this visit prayer was all that was going to help. I repeatedly told him the fragrance was making me sick, and he ignored it and took the symptoms of an allergic reaction as reflux coughs. I only cough like that when I need an inhaler. I left his office during a long winded spiel on reflux. I could not take his stink anymore. It was an assault. I had to use my inhaler and take migraine medicine shortly after to make it through the day at work. I wasted a morning at this place. I feel it is necessary to relay this information to prevent others from having a similar experience.
