Cool Care is awesome! The customer service was unlike any I've had with a service company. They changed out our unit and sealed our duct work and cut our bills +$100/month. I can't say enough good things about this company.

I just moved to Columbia and was disappointed when my new home failed an inspection due to the heating and air systems. I was referred by a friend to Cool Care and was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. The men who came out to my house were professional and fixed my unit in a timely manner and I have not had any problems with my unit since! I am so pleased and would recommend Cool Care to anyone!

I recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs. The office staff was pleasant and helpful and the technicians were professional and knew their trade. I had a new unit put in by these guys and it was a great investment. Pricing was fair and the office staff did everything they could to award me rebates. The installation crew was polite and courteous of my home and belongings. They worked hard and cleaned diligently after each day of work, making my wife very happy. After the installation, Cool Care followed up with my install and even sent me a thank you card for the business. It was a nice touch and meant a lot to me and my family.

This is the best heating & air company I have ever used. They always do exactly what they say, when they say & get my units repaired ASAP. Their techs, managers and owners are always very respectful of me and my home. I highly recommend Cool Care for all your H & A needs.

I called cool care on a Saturday night and they didn't hesitate to come out as soon as they could. The work was great quality, and the technician was extremely polite. He knew what he was talking about an made me feel comfortable with my decision to use them. Definitely recommend these guys!
