Mrs. Sharon is supised to be supervisor pulled needle out of my arm left me bleeding then told someone else to come help me. Everyone else has been great!! Mrs. Sharon had a horrible attitude was trying to do too much at one time and needs to slow down!!!

They are not professional, clean or nice

Not only is the facility disgusting and the workers never change gloves between clients the staff is beyond rude and be littled me like I was nothing. The nurse I had to see after already being there for 6 hoirs deferred me and then had the audacity to look me in the face and say " I understand how frustrating it must be to not undertsand what's going on because you have no knowledge of the medical field..." just so happens I myself am a medical assistant and a phlebotomist the reason I was frustrated was because I just sat 6+ hours in your lobby for their staff and manager to to be little me and make me lose confidence in my knowledge. They are unprofessional, rude, dirty, and under skilled.y husband went to donate for a second time and offered a different a the qoman sticking him said I have to use the other arm I don't know where to stick without there already being a mark...REALLY?! Thats a lawsuit waiting to happen. Yes donating is amazing just not at CSL Plasma I don't want a disease because they can follow standard and universal precautions.

girl when you need extra cash you can donate plasma and you would be helping people to ii love it you get paid and you also save a life.......
