I'm never one to leave reviews unless it's good but this experience was so bad. I Wish I could leave 0 stars. After waiting 2.5 hrs and extremely sick then I learned that they allow people to check in online and no matter if you arrived before them and signed in because they checked in online whenever they show up they can before you. Many other patients were unhappy with this, one girl left bc she had to get to her classes after waiting an hour. Another lady left with her sick son after they had been waiting a long time too. She tried to talk to the front desk person and her response was its corporate's fault and offered no solution. Finally after seeing Dr. he was extremely rude and not helpful... gave me 3 prescriptions. Went to Walgreens to pick up where they supposedly sent in my prescription and 1 was there but the 2nd one they said they didn't even send and the 3rd was told (after going to 5 different pharmacies) they don't have (most places had never even heard of it) and you can't even order it. What Dr. prescribes medicine that you can't even get. Called the front desk and these people have no idea what they are doing. NEVER go to this location. You'll wait forever and then not even be treated by a qualified doctor.
