I’ve been a satisfied customer for approximately 8 years. After visiting several hair salons and braid salons in the Columbia area, I found Fatou Braid Salon to be the only salon in the area that maintain consistency in the quality of their braids. In addition, Fatou - without question - is the only braid salon that do sow-in weaves with such attention to detail that you “never” have to worry or be concerned with the thread popping a loose. You can go easily 3 to 4 weeks with your sow-in snug and firmly in tack. From a customer service view point I have personally observed their growth over the years. Fatou have a desire to constantly improve and provide their customers with a great experience every time they visit. In an effort to ensure a positive and professional experience, They have become very mindful of minimizing overlapping appointments. I highly recommend Fatou Braid Salon. You will definitely get your money worth.

I HAVE ATTENDED THIS SHOP FOR 3 PLUS YEARS... THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB ON BRAIDING. HOWEVER, THE DOWN SIDE OF THIS SHOP IS LACK OF CONSIDERATION OF THE CUSTOMER TIME , WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, THE OVER CHARGE, OF CERTAIN HAIR STYLES, AND THE CONSTANT PHONE CONVERSATION THEY HAVE WHILE DOING THEIR CLIENT HAIR. PROFESIONIAL ON BRAIDING. UNPROFESIONIAL ON RESPECTING THE CLIENTS THATS PAYING THEM. MY FINAL CHANCE WITH THEM, WAS JUNE WHEN I HAVE THEM DO MY DAUGHTER HAIR. SHE ARRIVE 12 AFTERNOON AND FINISH 1 THAT MORNING. TO TOP IT OF THEY DIDN'T FINISH HER HAIR, INSTEAD THEY BRAID THE MIDDLE PART OF HER HAIR 3 TIME AS BIG AS THE OTHER BRAIDS TO RUSH . DAMN, SHAME...
