I DO NOT recommend!!! I've heard many people break their lease just to move out. All previous reviews are very true. Do not be fooled... Yes the apartment look great, they are spacious, with fake granite counters, and fake crown molding, but the carpets are very worn in high traffic areas and are not replaced when they should be. The walls are super thin, I can hear the other apartment's conversations when I'm in the bathrooms, and clear as day! You can hear every time someone goes up the stairs, and the stairs are right next to the master bedroom. Parking is a nightmare!!!! No parking after 7pm. We were forced to get a garage to ensure parking for at least my husband since he is always home late. Garbage compactor is always full and signs state you cannot leave outside the compactor. Maintenance is horrible, it takes weeks to get anything done, even after constant checking with front office who have no authority to do anything with out speaking with Tammy their manager first... so needless to say nothing gets done in timely manner. I recommend looking somewhere else.
