I would have to agree with everyone about no call backs and being a new patient. I submitted my paperwork and called them the next day to ensure they got it and find out when I could make an appointment. The receptionist told me that she had to enter my information in the computer and it would take 7-10 days before I could call for an appointment. Her excuse was we just got a new system put in and we are behind in entering patients. If that's true then why are you currently accepting new patients. I need to be seen sooner than 2-3 weeks. I was told they would speed things along since I had an urgent matter. I called a day later and the receptionist told me "I'm not going to lie, we haven't got around to entering your information yet". Then, I was told they would talk to the PA to see if he could squeeze me in. They never called me back. I called them right before closing to see if the next day would be an option. I was told he couldn't see me he was too busy, but on Monday they would speak with the doctor to see if he could fit me in. That would be today, so we will see if they even call me back or if I get the run around again. I am about to say never mind to this place and take my money else where.

The Dr I see here is wonderful if I can get an apt. The staff is little to be desired..no call backs..waited 4 months on a referral, you will be put on hold while the receptionist finishes her personal conversation..got tired of having to call office manager to get any results...I have a medical condition that has to be followed no support here...do not expect great things once you leave the exam room. It is a shame that the Dr is as effective as his staff allows him.

Not perfect, but nowhere near these other reviews. I've almost always received a call back the same day. I've always been able to get a same day appointment. Dr. Nunnery and his nurse Aimee are excellent. I've also never had any issues with the front staff either. I've had x-rays done, lab work done, and an ultrasound done. In all aspects, I was treated with professionalism and kindness. We have had a few issues with refills pre-authorized but with as strict as Big Pharma and the Insurance Companies are getting about meds, I can understand. As long as Dr. Nunnery and Aimee stay the same, I'll continue being a satisfied patient.

All these reviews are true, I can not even get them to order a test, waited from July till November for a referral, was released from referral beginning of December middle of December and still no order for test.

Same thing happened to me. Had to pick up papers. Filled them out. Had my daughter hand deliver them. Called the next day for appointment. First they said we don't have your paperwork. I said my daughter hand delivered it. Was put on hold. Then she came back and said I'll call you back. Never called. I finally ended up making an appointment with midtown family medicine on Gregg St downtown over the phone and they said come in an hour. I was seen right away and even had lab work done on site. Very friendly welcoming and pleasant. You could die waiting for an appointment with Lexington family medicine.

Rude receptionists, never called back, to become a new patient they want you to go there and pick up their papers to fill out first and then come back another time with the filled out papers only to send you away again before you can make an appointment. Talk about customer unfriendly!!! Like I don't have anything better to do. When I told them I downloaded the papers from their website already and wanted to send them in, they were not able to give me an email address. Who has a fax??? Why can't I send the scanned papers? And why can't I make an appointment over the phone without doing the runaround with their papers first. They promised me a call back what never happened. Talking about the most unfriendly and most cumbersome process I ever encountered. I went to see someone else and received stellar service there. Don't even bother with this unprofessional and rude doctors practice!!!!

Office Staff Lacks Compassion & Professionalism

The women who work in the office (appointments, reception, billing, etc) are consistently rude & abrupt. They always seem bothered or annoyed. They do not return calls if you leave a voice message. I once went 2all &I half weeks without a prescription because they never called the pre-authorization to the insurance. They claimed they never received my messages, the pharmacys messages, or the fax from the insurance company. They once locked the doors 15 min early on a Friday and I was unable to pick up my prescription, so I went all weekend without it. When I brought it to their attention they showed no remorse and indicated that I was exaggerating. The manager is just as rude and defends all these women, so it's evident why this behavior is allowed. I've been dealing with this for about 2 yrs now because I don't want to switch doctors. Dr. Nunnery & his nurse, Mindy, truly care about their patients and are great at their jobs.
