I called this company to cut and program a new key for my truck. The guy on the phone was able to answer my questions, and gave me a quote on the phone that was nearly half the price of anyone else I called. He was on time, well dressed, and very polite. He explained exactly what he was going to do, how long it would take, and got straight to work. He didn't even mind that I asked him questions about how he did his job and watched him cut my key.



It took him about 20 minutes to cut and program the key, and he accepted his payment with a handshake and a "I hope you have a great day. Call us if you have any trouble." Very pleased with the service I got.

My experience with this "company" was simply awful. When I called it went to voice mail the first time around, while looking for another locksmith I got a call back that was opened with "Hey Phil", my name isn't Phil. He apparently mistook me for a friend, so I assume he uses his personal phone for business. The quote I got was about average, but I took this business up because he told me the estimated time to get to my location would be 30 minutes; this is much better than what I saw on other sites. However, it took 2 hours for them to get here. From the looks of it, his mother was apparently driving him around. He was oddly rude and seemed to pretend like he knew what he was doing. I'm not a certified locksmith, but I know enough that I doubt this guy was either with how he handled the situation. The entire time I tried to ask him questions he dodged every single one, and finally he snapped on me and said "Let me just do my job!". At this point I had enough of the situation that I decided to tell him to leave. I got help from another business and they were much quicker and polite about the situation. I don't know who the other reviewer dealt with, but this Locksmith company is a complete waste of time. Do not recommend!

The gentleman who helped us was very polite in the phone and in person. He performed the job quickly and the price was better than other quotes we had received. If you ever need a locksmith you should definitely call Lovell Security. I will be keeping their number in my phone!
