This location is suppose to be open 24/7. However, I went there at 330am the morning of 4/3/16 to get coffee before going to the train station. The girl at the drive thru stated very rudely they were closed. I'm informing the manager that his late night staff are turning away business because they are too damn lazy to do their job.

Extremely slow drivethru, girl with an attitude, horrible customer service....will never be back

I LIKE TO CONSIDER MYSELF A GOOD OLE AMERICAN BOY THAT LOVES HIS MICKIE D'S,,I LIVE IN WEST COLUMBIA AND USUALY GET MY MICKIE D'S FROM THERE, BUT UNFORTUNETLY I WORK UPTOWN IN COLUMBIA AND HAVE FOR 20+ YEARS SO IF I WANT MC D'S DURING WORKHOURS ITS MC D'S ON ELMWOOD OR NOTHING...I THINK NOTHING IS SOUNDING BETTER AND BETTER AFTER EVERY VISIT, TODAY I GOT MY QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE GET ALL THE WAY BACK TO WORK TO TAKE ONE BITE AND I KID YOU NOT """"RAW MEAT"""" DISCUSTING SO I TRY TO CALL THEM AS USUAL BUSY BUSY BUSY SO NO CALL TO LET THEM KNOW MY PROBLEM.. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS MC 'DS ON 7OUT OF 10 VISITS ANYWAY SO I AM LEARING TO UNFOTUNETLY DEAL WITH IT JUST HATE WASTING MY HARD EARNED MONEY AS TOUGH AS TIMES ARE THESE DAYS....I AM REALLY HOPING SOMEONE WITH SOME CLOUT WITH MC D'S WILL READ THIS AND E MAIL ME BACK...:"DOUBTFUL" BUT OH WELL U WANTED MY REVIEW AND THIS IS IT...PLEASE GET THIS MC D'S AS GOOD AS THE REST I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO EAT HERE AND NOT AT BURGER KING..

Thanks for giving people job but got dame every body don't need one. She was ghetto and i hate to call my black sisters that but dame one ghetto lady can make the whole place look bad. I know the McDanald's is a great place to eat and it might even be a better place to work but please McDonald's when i order extra fries please don't be ready to fight me. I guess your service with a smile really mean get your as out my face and the customer is always right must mean somebody must want a fight. So the next time i go there i hope to see people thats happy to have a job
