This Sprint service center in particular does not offer superior service like the other ones I go to. I needed to replace a charger for my Sprint phone, mind you they are a "Full Service Center" but would not repair my charger. They were the closest to me as a matter of convience, but insisted that I go to the Srpint store ALL THE WAY across town that I purchased the phone from because they were too lazy to do it. Once I went to the other Sprint store they made it clear that ANY Sprint store is suppose to handle my problem, so they have been reported due to unsatifactory service. I have had a relative to complain of the same thing, so they (Sprint Relay) just dont meet the standards of customer service.
