We have worked on perfecting our reciepes for over the past 15 years. Our signature "the Original Palmetto" is crafted with a unique pecan butter wafer crust and vanilla topping. Palmetto Cheesecake Company's recipes started out as a family heirloom passed down from great-grandmothers and served at many family functions. Palmetto Cheesecake is deeply rooted within the Midlands starting from Granny's kitchen table in Pelion, to Lexington, Columbia and now Forest Arces.
