Provided by YP.comThis company promises any laptop repair for $79. Thinking I had a chance at an inexpensive repair, I called them to ask how it worked. They told me, $79 + the cost of the part.
I shipped them my computer and heard nothing from them for about 2 weeks. I called to get the status update, and I was told they were moving locations, and that order status was not available. I called back a week later, and was told the same thing. I was starting to get a little worried. I got a little rude with the lady who answered the phone, and she hung up in my face.
A week after that I got in touch with someone who told me that my repair would cost $522 including return shipping, so I paid and I was expecting them to to go ahead and finish the repair. That was 3 months ago. They still have my computer. They've told me at least 3 times that "parts are hard to get" or "your logic board should be on the next truck."
I called again today and spoke to the same lady, and I told her I wanted to cancel my repair and for them to send the machine back to me. After her talking over me, telling me I need to talk to "Bob" to authorize that, and me telling her that she needs to pass along that message to Bob. She hung up in my face. I'd hate to have her job.
So I'm out not only $522, but they still have my computer, and she won't take a message for Bob nor will she pass long that Bob should call me.
Please do not give this place any more business.

Provided by YP.comThis guy (Bob Bruce Pachaly) closes sales with a promise of a two or three day turn-around for PC repairs. The instant a PC arrives, he calls to bill for the "repairs" and promises immediate return shipment. The PC will sit there for weeks while those who have been lured into the trap call in frustration over and over....
Beware: I have personally witnessed customers, private contractors, labor-providers (Trojan of Columbia, S.C.), employees, real estate dealers, credit-card processors and others get pulled in and defrauded. He WILL NOT pay for services rendered.
Bob Pachaly is a meth and crack-head that smokes your laptops. Bottom line....

Provided by YP.comBeware!! Bob Pachaly is a con artist. His former company has an F rating with the BBB. Bob conned me out of $550. Authorized Laptop Repair is a shell corporation with no assets. He wrote me a fraudulent check for work that I completed for him. After threatening to contact the police, he paid less than half of his $1000 balance. Now, I am going to have to take Bob to court to collect the remaining balance. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY". Bob Pachaly is dishonest, deceptive and unethical. He also has a list of angry customers. One is named Dennis. I don't know his last name but when I called, Bob kept calling me Dennis, and would hang up on me. He's crazy. Take your computer to a real computer shop and avoid this con artist.
