Provided by YP.comI've tried to get in contact via telephone, and received only problems. Last evening at 10pm, I placed an order at the Beltline Location. I was unaware (and the person taking the order never informed me) that they closed at 10pm and everything would be transferred to their downtown location. I had to repeat myself at least 8 times when giving my address and the gentleman on the phone said it was because his manager kept talking to him. Then I had to ask him if he wanted my phone number, which I then had to repeat 3 times. I speak very clearly and was insulted and very frustrated at the fact that the person taking the order was simply not listening to what I was saying. After I placed the order, I was told it would be here in 30 minutes (no delivery fee was ever explained and I never asked because I'm in the Ft. Jackson area). My food was delivered at 10:50pm. 20 minutes over the time quoted. During the time I was waiting, I tried to call the Beltline location to see if the driver had gotten lost, and was told that no one at that location would answer the phone after 10pm. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I'd have to call in the morning after 11am. When I signed for the food, I was never given a reciept showing what I was charged for, but doing the calculations something didn't add up. I ordered 30 wings(which online states comes with 3 ranches), Cheesy Cheese Fries, and 3 extra Blue Chesses. All of this totaling about $25.00 before the cost of the extra Blue Cheese. I never thought 3 small cups of Blue Cheese would cost $5, but was never quoted a price when ordering either. When I recieved my food, 2 Blue Cheeses and NO ranch. When I tried to call to complain this morning, as I was explaining the errors from last evening, I was interrupted and told to call 803-319-1867, which came through as an invalid number all 3 times I tried it. I called the manager at Beltline back and she stated, "Well it works here, and I can't transfer you." She told me to go ahead and finish what I had to say, and told me I could come up there and get my extra ranch! I asked her to leave my name and number for her superior, in which she sighed and said "Fine." Normally, I would let instances like this horrible service I've received over the past 2 days as not that big of a deal. Unfortunately, I'm in the service industry myself and am outraged at the way I was treated by every employee (my count is up to 6) that works for Sammi's Deli. But to top it off the "Manager" at the Beltline location telling me I have to come there and resolve the issue myself was rediculous. I was never looking for a free meal from Sammi's Deli, and I was happy to pay for what I ordered. After the numerous encounters I've endured with being transferred, told to call later, or told to fix the instance myself, anything less than a full refund would be insulting. This morning, I anticipated an apology for the errors and the price reduced for the items I didn't recieve. I never recieved an apology, I had to mention solutions myself because the Manager apparently didn't care. I hate to assume that all of Sammi's Deli locations provide the same minimal, apathetic, and disgraceful services that I've encountered. I have never received such terrible, uncaring attitudes, especially from so-called Managers!

Provided by YP.comSammi's Deli.. on Beltline, has good food. Good luck getting ahold of them though! It took me 3 hours to get through to them and the estimated delivery time was 30 minutes but it took an hour and 25 minutes!!! Good food, but not worth the hassle.
