I'd give this business a 1 for the appearance and the rest is total 0! The sales associates are not friendly or courteous to customers. When I was in the store today looking at a 39.99 dollar wig, that was not in a color I'd prefer, I asked the associate to show me this wig in black and off black. 1 and 1B. When she sat them on the counter, which was already high, and filled with other wigs, to the point that I had to stand on tippy toes, Merchandise unaccessable. I touched the wig that was covered with net and she moved it back towards herself and said "Now dont be doing all of that." I asked her what did she mean, and that I was possibly trying to decided what to buy and should be able to see if it was what I wanted. She then said be concerned about the style, not the color, and refused to allow me to look closely at the wigs. Then I was told not to shoot the messenger. This is my final time going in the Shasa's. I am not valued as a customer, and I decide what to be concerned with when spending my $$$$$. I dont think they are a good addition to the community, as there are scores of professionals like my self, as well as other hard working individuals who will say no to this kind of treatment from businesses who plop down in the center of the community and do not have a heart for the people who live here, their potential customers. Shame on you! Hire better people who are more community/customer oriented. ~Toosmart2Return2YourFiascoWarning4Others~

Do not and I mean do not buy hair from this place its total rip off. my friend just bought a wig and I looked the wig up bc she paid a lot at the store. Shasa priced the wig for 149.99 and the same wig on over 5 different sites was 64.99. Not only do she feel ripped off but the clerk made her feel this was a good deal. Plus there is no refunds or exchanges.

DONT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I love coming to Shasa. Denise is very very very helpful. This is the only place I buy my beauty supply.

I took my daughter to the store today individual working was not helpful and was nasty when telling me that she could not help me pick a wig because she didn't know me. she made it seem as though I was asking for a free wig instead of just help finding one. She was not professional and she has O customer service skills. I'm sure she lost customers today because there were at least 2 other people in the store who heard her conversation to me which was just rude.
