Provided by YPmobileHorrible customer service. I had gift cards that were given to me as a gift, I do not know when they were purchased. Apparently they expire after a year. The girl at the front desk was rude and unapologetic, saying it was "law" that they had to expire after a year (not true). A good business would honor their gift certificate anyway. I won't be returning, and will tell my friends not to either.

Provided by YP.comSoak is running total scam. They offer Groupons and then will not honor them. I called over a month before the expiration date to schedule an appointment, and they told me all the "groupon appts" were filled. I asked if they were honoring it after the exp date, and they said no I could only use it for what I paid for it. It took forever for me to even get in contact with someone from the shop, and when I did they treated me like a second class citizen. I would not send my worst enemy to get anything done at this salon.

Provided by YP.comIt's nice inside, but that's where the desirability ends. My manicure was really uneven and didn't last. I was also treated really rudely when I called to make an appointment - I had a Groupon certificate and was treated like a leaper for having it. I was told they only had a few "Groupon appointments" and that if I couldn't come one morning during the following week, I'd have to wait a month. I think if a business is going to use Groupon, they shouldn't treat new, potential customers like trash. I had hoped to find that this was a nice place, but, I won't be returning.

Provided by YP.comI love Soak, the place is calm and elegant but relaxed, and the technicians are very careful and make sure they give you the kind of service and treatment you want. I have never experienced rudeness from anyone at Soak. Several times, I have had a French manicure done, and the technician was not satisfied with how one of the nails looked so she asked if I had time for her to do it over. Very detailed, very professional service.

Provided by YP.comWe gave up on this place, We purchased some Groupons adn they make it difficult to use your Groupon by limiting how many Groupons they take in a day or a week or whatever. It reminded me of how difficult it used to be to use Frequent Flier Miles. Anyway, because of this I told my wife to just use up her last Groupon and we will not buy another one to SOAK. Well, after finally getting an appointment scheduled, our whole family was sick the entire week with my wife getting it the day or her appointment. She called in the am to cancel her pm appointment and apologized for the late notice and they were rude and abrupt. We had given SOAK many chances but this was it. Figure use the last Groupon and be done with this place. So, she calls today (6/3/11) to schedule another appointment only for them to say because she was a "no show" the last time. Even after she tells the person she called as soon as she knew she was sick they simply said her Groupon is no longer valid. Jsut ripped us off. What scam they have going on at SOAK.
Stay away from this place period!
