Please read your lease paperwork carefully and proceed with caution! This Apt complex offers NO exception or clause for termination of lease for any reason. They assign roommates with NO consideration to compatibility and offer no protection from threats, theft or emotional stress. They are only concerned with obtaining unbreakable leases not the comfort or happiness of their renters.They take 10+ days to apply payments and harass for payment even after it is made. They charge exorbitant late fees and threaten eviction after only 15 days! (When payments were already made THEY just hadn't posted!) The apartments are dirty and poorly maintained. Mail package delivery is deplorable....etc, etc. Save yourself the headache and keep looking!

DO NOT SUBLEASE from Stadium Suites! They hold the subleaser responsible for all DAMAGES and UNPAID items from the previous tenants. I was never allowed to view the apartment before I signed the sublease/lease paperwork. I had my car packed with all my stuff and had no choice but to sign to get a key. I requested a move-in inspection because it was trashed and FILTHY. At the end of the lease, I had to pay to replace the damaged carpet from the previous tenants. Also, I moved out two months early and Stadium subleased another bedroom, and then wanted me to pay for that tenant's trash removal. P. S. - The pictures lie - the apartments are dirty dumps and in no way resemble the web photos. They also don't run the hot tub during the winter - only in the summer!
