Zumba here is awesome. Tamieka is great. She keeps you motivated and is positive. Carla is great too. She's high energy as well. I like that their moves include traditional Zumba and nontraditional moves, line dancing, etc. The music choice is great--Selena, Lil John, Jennifer Lopez, Usher, old school hip hop, pop, etc. I highly recommend for a high energy workout, traditional Zumba, hip hop, salsa, etc. I haven't been to the other classes offered here (Zumba kids, yoga, Afrorobics, etc.) but I've heard good things from other people.
