I have been given this "Extra" newspaper nearly every month now for about a year. They simply just throw it your driveway. I don't read newspapers. I have called this company twice and asked them politely to stop littering my driveway with their trash. Each time they say it may take a few cycles, yet they continue to litter my driveway. This is the first step in my feud with them litterbugs. Stay tuned...

The State Newspaper has recently failed to deliver a newspaper 3 times. Just this past Sunday 1.3.16 they missed another paper and promised they would have someone deliver it that day. They lied. They took my money for the paper, failed to provide a paper, didn't redeliver, promised a manager would call me and that hasn't happened either. It's now 5 days later. If they had been honest, I could have bought a Sunday paper and had my coupons and TV channel guide. If someone knocks on your door and offers a service for $$$ and you pay for it, then the service is never performed, isn't this fraudulent and being a thief? It's no different. And when you ask for a "REFUND" they will tell you there's no refund, but they say they'll give you a credit....which basically means when you take another subscription, they'll deduct the amount you pay later. What if you do not want their service or another subscription? In regard to the last failed delivery, they won't even call back. They just kept promising to deliver that Sunday paper. I've now filed a BBB complaint, and suggest others do the same in a case like this. I would rate ZERO stars if I could because one star is way too generous.
