I walked into this store on November 6, 2020 about 2:48pm. I had been on the motorcycle and left my mask on the bike. As i walked in, a female behind the counter started screaming at me to put on a mask. I grabbed the bandana off my head and put it on and turned to towards the counter and was adjusting it over my nose. At the same time she said to me to pull it up over my nose. I walked to the counter and handed her my pre-labeled package. She snatched it, put it in the scale and handed me a receipt. She never said another word to me. I then asked her for her name. She stated Barbara. I said thank you Barbara. Now there were several other customers in the store. To have a person screaming at me like i was a child was embarrassing. I called the store manager, who never told me his name, and he said he was in the back room and heard the entire encounter. Mind you, I never saw him. He said that I was screaming and waving my arms around. I sure hope they have a video of that. I am former LEO and i have not only self respect but respect for others. So now i have 2 complaints. Being falsely accused of something is not something I take lightly. So if anyone needs a UPS Store my suggestion would be to go to the Two Notch store. They treat you with the UTMOST RESPECT. I will NEVER go to this store again.
