Never seen a business where they lies and lies . never receive on a timely matter service is terrible.

DO NOT BUY USED EQUIPMENT FROM TIM HIGH THE WAREHOUSE. I PAID FOR A WHIRLPOOL, THEY BROUGHT OUT A NO NAME, THEN CAME BACK WITH A FRIDGEADAIRE, WHICH WAS STILL THE WRONG ONE, THEN WANTED TO ARGUE OVER IT. PURE BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMMERS.

They don't follow there delivery window. No guaranteed time for delivery even when you pick your window. Still waiting and store will close in two hours. Ordered on Friday delivery for Monday 9 to 1 it is now 5pm. No call from them called them tree times. That is when we found no guarantee on time even though we were fifth person. Hope no one is after us because it might not get delivered today. Smh don't recommend. Will do separate post on product later. If we get it.
