Not satisfactory. Very expensive for not that great equipment or merchandise. Don't get a letterman jacket. I was unsatisfied and it wasn't worth $100. Ripped seams, discolored. I wish I had spent my money elsewhere.

My experience at Todd and Moore was not a good one. I have spent a thousands of dollars at Todd and Moore in the past, and recently they sent me a long letter thanking me for my patronage at their O Neil store and offered me 20% my next purchase. I went to their remaining store off of Blossom to buy about $400 worth of stuff, and not only were the people rude, but they were quick to tell me that the coupon had expired. Nowhere in the letter did they mention an expriation date. However, if you look very closely at the bottom of the letter, next to the address, you could find it. Then when I said that I was putting some of the stuff back, she scoffed at me. There are too many other sporting equipment stores around Columbia for me to ever go back there again.
