the best calamari I've ever had!

I go to Tsunami often...usually once a week and I have had 1 or 2 not so great customer service experiences...BUT, the food is so great...who cares!!! Food is excellent and more times than not my customer service has been superb!

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life. Up to the management level. We sat out on the patio since 5pm and the waitress came at 8pm to ask us to move so they could seat people that will pay them instead of the bar. After requesting a menu and letting the hostess know we would order from the waitress, she informed us that the management refuses to serve us because our tab was at the bar. When we tried to talk with the manager, he talked over us, talked down to us and the entire staff was so rude, the majority of the customers on the patio (overhearing this) got up and left.Horrible customer service, half the girls at my table were in tears. (And the dining area inside and outside was empty, so they did need the table space). Do not let this be acceptable in Columbia!
