Prior to our visit to Unwine for a paint party, I personally called to reserve our spots a week in advance. Having given our names and contact information a week before the class, we arrived at the class and our names were not on the list and we were mistaken for another group. They did allow us to participate which was good. However, they had no way to make change since one friend wanted to pay in cash. As we began the class, we were told that the boss had not supplied enough of certain colors of paint and that we needed to use the paint that we had sparingly. Even thought Hobby Lobby was directly behind the studio. Three of us were not able to choose our desired background colors because they did not have enough. The table we sat at did not have the supplies (water, pencils, stencil, and paint brushes) which lead us to believe the instructor was not prepared. He did take the additional time to get the supplies to us; he was nice. We each paid $35 to attend the class which is the same amount as a similar but more professional studio downtown Columbia. That evening it was raining and the instructor did not dry our paintings to put in our cars. So we all drove home with wet paintings. I recommend this company to attend alike studios and conduct research and development in order to provide better quality service, professionalism and customer service.
