Black River Koi is owned and operated by William and Sandra Martin. Our retail store is located in Columbia Station, OH in the greater Cleveland area. With experience in the industry since 1998, we have owned and operated our retail stores ourselves, and take pride in the way we do business. We believe in providing high quality Japanese Koi and Goldfish in a variety of sizes and colors at reasonable prices. When we import our fish from Japan, we employ a strong quarantine process of placing each breeders' Koi in Separate quarantine systems, heating them for a minimum of two weeks, and scrape the fish for parasites before they are put out for sale. Plants here can be purchased bare rooted or potted. With many hardy and tropical plants to choose from. All our pond supplies are hand picked. Ranging from pond liner, pumps, filtration systems, to fish food and natural/chemical solution when treating your pond. We carry products that we ourselves have used and believe work well. We also order specialty products for our customers when they request them. We do not allow returns on Koi and electronics or on items that we do not carry in our store, also known as specialty items. We believe our customers deserve respect and should be treated well, and we do our best to accommodate everyone.
