My truck had a fuel leak, so before taking it to a repair shop I asked for my brother to look at it and he said it was coming from the top of the gas tank. He also said it would be difficult to get to and the mechanic may have to drop the tank, so I was afraid the repair would take a few days and I’d need to get a rental car. I was pleasantly surprised when, after dropping off my truck at 8:00 a.m., Jake’s had the fuel line replaced before noon. I’m very happy with the service!

Went in for a quote on a tune up. The guy told me "about a 100 bucks." So I made an appt for an upcoming Saturday when I was off. Went in, and after about 20 min, dude comes out and tells me they dont have the spark plugs, that the only place they can find them is in Virginia. So, I agree to come back a week later. I return and when its time to pay the girl says "210 $" I say " I was quoted about 100" She says "well, there was labor.." "I was quoted about 100" "Im sorry" Wont ever go back...

Outstanding ASE certified mechanics giving excellent service at fair prices. I am a reasonably new customer of this garage and have had my cars an others repaired here with excellent results both mechanically and professionally. It is my experience (knowing enough about repairing cars) that Jake's is very honest, approchable, and fair in all dealings. I disagree wtih previous rating wholeheartedly, I think Jake's deserves 10 stars but it is not an option available. Just so you know I am not his uncle or close friend, just a very happy customer who is glad that I have Jake's garage in my back pocket when I need professional car repairs !!!!!!!!!

If zero stars was an option I would have picked that. Work is not guaranteed. Rude on phone when trying to resolve problem. Apparently they have enough business that repeat customers and references are not needed.
