Don't move here if you value your kids and belongings. The maintenance men demand to enter people's homes without giving the tenant any notice, and have been known to steal out of people's houses. These men will also go into people's homes if there is an underage girl at home with no adults present, if you know what I mean--and will harass and intimidate any parent who dares complain. The landlady is best friends with a woman (who sells herself for $5 a pop when she runs out of cigarettes) living in the trailer park who tries to stir up trouble for anybody who might talk to the police or outsiders. The place is full of criminals--but the owner seems not to care.

ME AND MY FAMILY DID NOT STAY ONE NIGHT DUE TO THYE ROACH INFESTATION. AS SOON AS WE OPENED THE DOOR TO MOVE OUR FURNITURE IN ,ABOUT 50 ROACHES WERE WAITING AT THE DOOR TO GREET US. WE TURNED AROUND AND PUT OUR THINGS IN STORAGE UNTIL WE FOUND A PLACE OF OUR OWN. BAD MANAGEMENT, PLEASE CALL THE ORKIN MAN .
