Please everyone, read the reviews and pass the word. He doesnt have a A+ rating with the BBB as for this time. Right now the BBB is fixing his F rating. One thing Jermie cant fix is his criminal record. Google Jermie England and you'll see he is a convicted felon. His charge is GRAND THEFT from scaring 84 year old customer of his telling her she had mold in her house. He bilked her for $140,000. And he passed bad checks. A leopard cant change his spots. Its funny he talks of karma. That 84 year old woman you scammed. Maybe this is your KARMA.I know for a fact the owner is placing the positive reviews himself. He is hoping if he places enough reviews it will distract you from the truth. If you use his company you deserve anything that happens to you.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. I've never worked with someone so unprofessional or rude. I originally contacted the company to clean my carpets and was impressed with the website and the owner's (Mr. Jeremie England) claim to make sure that his customers were satisfied with his work. I had no problem getting a quick appointment. I wanted his special deal to clean 4 rooms for $99. I asked him on the phone if I would receive any surprises on more costs once he came to my house. He said only if there were bad stains.



The owner himself came to our house for the cleaning. The first thing he wanted to do was charge us an additional $400 for "in depth cleaning". He was rude and almost at the point of yelling at my husband when we questioned these charges. We should have refused his services but decided to take a chance and agreed on paying extra money for our living area only since it did have a few stains. He quickly did his job with no indication that he did anything special to the living room in comparison to the other rooms. At first the carpet looked ok but after a couple of days when it settled back down I could still see stains and dirt. This I might have expected from a basic cleaning but I had been told that I would be impressed with the "extra in depth" cleaning he conned us into. We called to voice our concerns and once again he was incredibly rude and told us to call back next week. We did call back and he scheduled an appointment for us for 4 days later at 7 am in the morning (completely inconvenient to us). On that day we waited all morning for a technician to arrive but they never did. We called Mr. England 3x and while he finally said his technician would come at 6 pm we still didn't have anyone show up nor did we receive any phone calls to explain. We left a couple of messages for Mr. England that he has not since returned.



In my last message to him I stated that I would like the extra fee back ($100) since I feel he only provided a basic cleaning. I also stated that I would prefer to resolve this with him in person. But he has ignored my phone calls. As a consumer who was wronged I may never get my money back but I can hopefully help you avoid this company by sharing my story. I will also file a complaint with the BBC.

They advertised duct cleaning for $99.95. He started the cleaning and then claimed that the ducts needed to be treated for mold for an additional $150. He did not provide any proof of mold or show me any mold. Then he wanted an additional $150 to clean the A/C coils. So instead of duct cleaning for $99.95, they wanted $395.95.

I absolutely love what this company has done in my familys home. I called them on Wednesday about getting my air ducks cleaned and carpets threw out the house. They were at my house that following day. My 5 year old has asthma and has to be on breathing treatments 2 times a day. So you can understand how important it is to make sure my house is dust free. They were very polite and I will be using this company from now on. Thank you Stars and Strips!

Very prompt response to my request for cleaning rugs and wall to wall carpet. Professional and timely. Did what they said they would do. My oriental rug ($$$) came out beautiful. No color distortion and looked fabulous. Will use them again!!!

We used Stars & Stripes... Once.. but never again!

We found the work to be inferior and when we complained, the owner "Jermie England" became very rude. After several attempts to resolve the issue he hung up on me.



We've filed a complaint with the BBB and canceled the payment.



Stars & Stripes gets one star because they won't let me give them zero (or less).

A plus plus service. Timely response to inquiry & prompt service. Great cleaning and customer service. Service so great the 1st time I called again a week ago when I had an emergency spill. Great service again. Highly recommended!

I cannot believe the way this company treated me when I called to ask questions about getting carpet cleaned. They got upset that I was asking questions then started saying that there equipement cost $35,000.00 and that there was no carpet that they can't clean before they hung up the phone. - I was so surprised that any company would act this way when a customer ask questions about something you are about to purchase. They have lost my business.

This company was prompt and kept the appointment time which was important to me. They did our entire house and were in and out within an hour. Most importantly, the carpets were extremely soiled and they now look great.

We would recommend them to any one needing these services.

i want to thank jernie england the owner of stars and stripes..he came out first on time dressed very neatly and also was very polite.me and my husband had our air ducts cleaned and carpets cleaned and wow at the amazing difference..jermie had told me that he was not the cheapiest company in town but went and took the extra effort to make us happy.thanks again jermie you definately did and thanks for coming out on a sunday...lindsey
