I've gotten acrylics & pedicures many times from here. A year ago I would've given them a higher rating, but it just seems to me that the quality of their services has gradually gone down hill. There is one lady there who does an EXCELLENT pedicure & acrylic but she is not always there. And 6 months ago I received the worst pedicure of my life from a woman who obviously didn't know what the heck she was doing. It was EXTREMELY painful. I complained. When I went back in to the shop the other day she was still working there. They really should've let this woman go---Yes, it was really that bad.

I have been to top nails several times to get nails and pedicures...I decided to let my nails grow this time and went in Sunday for a french manicure. Looked wonderful until 2 days later the white and pink on nails started chipping off!! It looks terrible. I need it done again or takin off. So with it only being 2 days after I had it done I decided to call them. The man who done my nails told me this would last up to 2wks. When I called I explained to him what had happened and he told me it would be another $25 to fix it. Thats not even what I paid for the manicure. I paid $17. Then I told him I already came and paid for the service and this is what has happened. I would like to get it fixed. HE SAID UH!! AND HUNG UP ON ME!! That is so rude!! And not a good way to run a business. I plan on reporting this to the BBB. I do NOT recommend getting the manicure done at all!!
