I have used the boarding facility and had a great experience. Our dog enjoyed the multiple walks daily and they were able to accommodate her anti-social tendencies.

Worst experience from a groomer! The lady pulled and tugged on my dog chin, forehead, screamed at him. When I asked for my dog because I did not like the behavior she was doing, she came out and screamed at me!

Omg! I will never go back! They sent me home with the wrong yorkie! Looked just like my baby but I noticed this one hiked his leg! Horrible' that is the worst service I've ever seen! I am now content with a new groomer at least I get my dog back at pick up time! And on top of that my poor baby had the wrong haircut which tells me he had been confused all day long! I don't understand how this could happen, but I am not willing to chance it again. The girl at the front counter was extremely rude also. I don't understand how they are still operating. The facility is beautiful but stinky, most employees where nice, but nice doesn't help the fact of how unprofessional things are ran with the price I pay I expect excellent service.

They made My Tinker into a beautiful Dog again! Great prices.Friendly staff ,and she smells soooo good !!! AWESOME JOB GUYS..We will use YIP YAP AGAIN and recommend them highly.

i brought my dog in for a day at the spa -- got her the whole treatment of bath and cut -even a facial -- after I picked her up and brought her home i was not happy with the cut- the next day I called to see if I could get her recut because i was not happy -- i was refused! all that money wasted! I will never nor will I ever recommend this place and I will make sure I tell everyone what lousy customer service they give
