Dr. Blackerby discovered I had retinal detachment issues and sent me to the Eye Foundation in Birmingham. Because of her detailed records, the Eye Foundation rushed me in quicker than expected for reattachment surgery. Since then I had cataracts in both eyes, again identified by Dr. Blackerby who set me up with surgery. She has always taken great care of my eyes telling me things no one else has ever told me. She identified other health issues via eye exams and requested I seek treatment for them. Dr. Blackerby knows her stuff. She is so nice and caring. I would recommend her to everyone!
