We moved here a couple months ago and had to change services. My husband is very picky. But we were pleased to find knowledgeable and also patient customer service. I am greeted by my name when I enter the store. It is a family owned business and you are made to feel like part of their family. I have referred my own friends and family here because I know they will be taken care of!

Customer service goes a long way with me. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place looking for it. I took my son in her on saturday 08/07/10 because he want to buy the virgin wireless rumor phone. I was trying to talk him into getting it online but you know kids want stuff right then. We entered the store and the lady came over and asked if she could help us. she then pointed to the phone inside the case and walked off. I told my son he could save $20 but waiting 2 days...He asked the other rep. was the phone a touch screen but before she could answer the other one hollers from the back "they are going to buy online so let them get their questions answered online..." I didn't really want to curse her in front of my kids so i just told him no he could not buy anything from here and we left the store. We were the only customers in the store and now i see why... I took my son to the mall to purchase the phone. so i will advise anyone who likes good customer service not to do business with this company.
