I understand the frustration of those who have purchased from this company. Be mindful they have serviced hundreds and cant repair on the second someone asks. Take a number shut up and wait! #happycolumbusgacustomer!!!

They are very UNPROFESSIONAL do not answer the phone nor return calls I suggest go to a real store b/c if u go to them u WILL BE SCREWED.....Had to give 1 star didn't think they deserved that more like -20 stars

We had to go to small claims court to get them to refund $300 on a unit that they could not repair or replace. They would not answer or return our phone calls. Notice that the only positive review here is written by mhester02. The Hesters own the place!!

I recently bought a used dryer from this place and it broke the day after I got it home. It was "guaranteed" for one year so my husband took it back over to the store for them to fix. Over a week later I finally called the lady there and she told me it was ready to pick up. She had not called my husband to tell him so. The customer service there is terrible and at this point I am not sure about the purchase. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
