Provided by YP.comI have had all 3 of my vehicles in with them over the last 18 months and have spent hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars with them. If it's more that an oil change or tire rotation, I have to take the cars/truck back multiple times before it's fixed or the job is done right. I don't have time for this. Have found someone that counts my time as valuable as their own. I'm a slow learner, but I have learned. No more chances for Big T. They never make it right.

Provided by YP.comWill never take any vehicle to them again nor do I recommend them to anyone. Took my truck in for a lift kit got it back with the service 4WD light on. Less than a month later took it in to receive warranty work for a power steering rack and pinion they put in less than 10000 miles that was leaking and asked them to look in to the service 4WD light and got it back with the check engine light on with the truck running so poorly I didn’t dare drive it out of the parking lot. My 4WD worked fine before the lift kit was installed, I know because I use it at least twice a month and the light wasn't on. End result they told me that both my front and rear differential actuator motors were unplugged for some reason likely shorting my transfer case actuator motor and causing a shift sensor fuse for my transmission resulting in the check engine light coming on and truck not shifting. I ended up having to replace the transfer case actuator motor and front diff actuator motor at a cost of 640ish dollars.
This is the only place I have ever had my truck serviced by in Columbus. At the end of all of this after spending well over 2800 dollars with them in the last 2 years and being told there’s no way they could be at fault for anything wrong with my truck. I drive it home "completely repaired" with it making the same noise that caused me to check my power steering system for leaks in the first place. Low and behold they let me drive home with my power steering reservoir nearly empty... NEVER AGAIN!

Provided by YP.comQuick and economic repair for my golf cart tire. Looks like they really know their off-road equipment. Would use them again, without question.
