Blackmon Road Middle School serves more than 800 students in grades six through eight. The school offers opportunities to participate in several athletic activities, such as volleyball, soccer, football and basketball. It manages Beta, tennis and drama clubs. Blackmon Road Middle School also provides instruction in English, math, science and social studies. The school manages a media center that offers a selection of books. In addition, it operates a parent-teacher organization that organizes concerts and open houses. The school provides programs in band, chorus and orchestra, as well as guidance counseling and health care services. Blackmon Road Middle School is managed by the Muscogee County School District.
