Truly one of the best experiences I have had with any RV repair in my life. Chuck was more than polite, listened intently to all of my concerns and knew what he was doing. We had smelled propane when on a trip and were concerned about a leak. Chuck came right away, tested the whole system, filled the propane and figured out we had a bad regulator in our stove. The part had to be ordered and we were on our way out of the state so we could not complete the repair with Chuck but he did everything we asked and more. Not only that, but HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME because he didn't actually do the repair, all that he asked was that we call him again if we ever need repairs in the area. Cannot say enough about the service that was given to us.
