We paid for a round trip to Atlanta and back. When the driver picked us up they were 30 min early and told us that he said we were leaving at 4:00 instead of our 4:30 reservation. If we had not asked for a confirmation we would have never gotten one. When the driver left he was going anywhere between 80-90mph. I could not tell exactly because the speedometer on the dash was broken. When we arrived at the airport they were rushing us on the phone. We told them our plane landed at 10:49pm and they told us they would be there at 11:00pm. We walked outside to get on our shuttle at 11:09pm and the shuttle had left us. They lied to is and told us that the shuttle waited 30 minutes for us, which according to our reservation was not true, we were told that the shuttle would be there at 11:00 and therefore, a 30 minute wait would have been 11:30, not 11:08. When talking to the customer service they told us they would reimburse us for the ride but would not help provide us a way home. The shuttle would not turn around and by this time we had missed the groome and courtesy shuttle did not run again until the next day. The "manager" was very unprofessional. Their text messages used incorrect grammar, and they were more concerned about their money than us getting a ride home. We will NEVER use this service again. I've never witnessed such unprofessional behavior and I am truly offended.
