Great psychological services! Very professional and high clinical skills. Thank you for helping our family through the difficult time of having our son diagnosed with autism and thank you for the encouraging words. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

I was very impressed with the treatment my granddaughter received from Dr. Kocsner and her staff and I would highly recommend her. I totally understand peoples frustration with the no show policy but they have to understand that no shows mean the Dr. does not get paid.

For those who are complaining about No Show Fees! I am a mother of a child diagnosed with autism by Dr. Kocsner. I had a great experience working with her because she is a knowledgeable person. However, also working in the mental health field, I know that psychologists and counselors do not schedule multiple patients per hour. They set aside a specific amount of time for each patient they see and their income is based on the number of patient they see. I do understand the cancelation policy, because we all need to be more respectful of these professionals' time.

I got a job and my mother had to take my son to his appointment, she thought it started at 10:30 and it actually started at 10:00, she was there at 10:15 IN THE WAITING ROOM! They y told her not to worry and to just come back for his next appointment. Yep got charged 80.00 for missing an appointment, my son just happened to be sick the next appointment so I CALLED them and told them he wouldn't be coming and next thing I know I get a letter in the mail saying they dropped him because of missed appointments and I owed them 160.00!!! She was pretty good with my son but the policies could use a real work over. Maybe show some leniency and compassion when it's due.

Great experience. Friendly staff and my child truly has shown amazing improvements under the care of Dr. Kocsner. Strongly recommended!

Dr. Kocsner has been working with my autistic grandson for many years. My grandchild has made lots of improvements and always looking forward seeing her. This summer was the first time that he was able to participate successfully in a social skill group offered by Dr. Kocsner.

Best autism specialist in the region. Drove 2 hours to see Dr. Kocsner and her knowledge about autism is amazing!!! She is very busy, but worth the waiting. Staff was super friendly too!

Don't go here. They are only open during school hours so you have to take your child out of school to see them. They are severely strict with their policies and do not take into account that their patients have lives too. They don't care if you have an emergency with your other child as long as you pay them their due. Which if you miss an appt is $80. Horrible service and will not return your call if you ask them to.
