she doesnt know how to care for african american hair. she doesnt know when a relaxer properly processes your hair. she left my hair fried and its taking months to get it corrected. she doesnt use professional hair relaxer. she uses motions to straighten black hair. every stylist in the usa knows that product isnt professional and can be purchased for 3 dollars at sallys beauty supply. she charges 75 for an unprofessional relaxer. she uses too much heat on your hair and isnt aware that black hair is fragile so over a period of time my hair became bone dry, which she treated with silicones as a solution. she says negative things about her customers when they walk out the door. she is never on time for an appointment. she was always an hour and a half late. she usually tries to make her son do her african american customers hair because she doesnt know how too. she is rude, unprofessional and claims to be a master cosmetologist. she is a money hungry cosmetologist who is always increasing her prices. WATCH YOUR WALLET because she asks you probing questions about your income like what are your work hours and are you paid well. she has completely destroyed my hair. African American women BEWARE!!!!
