Provided by YP.comJust went to get my daughters hair trimmed. 5 minutes later she's done. That was a complete joke! She didn't even wet it; just combed it out and did a quick trim; too quick in my opinion. A waste of $16. I won't be returning. This is not the first time we've had a bad experience.

Provided by YP.comI went to Great Clips because I am new to the area and not familiar with the hair salons around (and I don't have an arm and a leg to spend on an easy hair cut). I wish I had done more research and forked out the cash! It's not the worst haircut possible but I am going to have to pay to have it fixed somewhere else now! I should have taken it as a sign that there was only ONE customer in the store on a Saturday afternoon, but I didn't. I should have also seen it coming when my stylist turned me away from the mirror to begin cutting my hair and I never once felt her lift the hair and trim it, she just cut it across the bottom! Although the staff was friendly and professional and the store was clean and conveniently located, I have learned my lesson and I hope you will too.
