OPEN NOW - Closes at 5:30pm

I have tried several times to do business with this company and my experience with them is to rate them at near ZERO in customer service! Everyone's attitude is very bad, as if they do not want to be there and I am the reason they are. I live in Opelika, Alabama, which means I have gone out of my way to try to deal with them but I will not do it anymore. Save your money and time and do not try to do business with them.

After taking my riding mower 3 times, it is still not fixed. An employee was rude and dismissive. I have had the absolute worst experience with this dealer. I have brought my lawnmower to them to repair and when I picked it up, the issue wasn't fixed. I took it back and then I was told it was a different problem and it was missed the first time. It was 2 weeks past the date they said it would be ready but I remained patient. I picked the lawnmower up today (7/11/18) and was on it less than 3 minutes when it broke down again. I called the store to see what time they closed, and they said 5:30pm. I told them that I would be there before 5:30 but close to it. When I arrived at 5:24pm there was a gentleman closing the doors and locking them. I asked him what time they close, and he confirmed 5:30pm. I said, "It isn't 5:30 yet". He said, "well it's close enough". He turned away without another reply and walked off leaving me there with my lawnmower. I am a 26-year Army Soldier and I can promise you this is the WORST service I have ever received anywhere I have been. I will not only ever use this company again, BUT I will ensure I tell all my family and friends as well as complain to Ft Benning and the Chamber of Commerce. I was a loyal and patient customer UNTIL TODAY!!
