I was SO excited to get my house painted by them. I have been saving up for it and waited a month for our start date. They were supposed to start painting on Monday, and Friday before he came out to get the colors for the rooms, we agreed on a price, and Monday morning my husband was texting him, called him, and left a voicemail. Tim replied to his text saying that they’ve declined the job sorry for the inconvenience. What!? The day of the job you cancel!? Super unprofessional and rude considering my husband had to inform his chain of command he needed to go home to let painters in. So not only was it rude and unprofessional, it was also poor business practices. We were really looking forward to working with them and I’m disappointed they acted this way.
