It seems every time I go to this store they can never seem to get the order correct and I always have to call back and complain. this morning I went there order to butter biscuits a bowl of grits 2 Steak Biscuits and sweet tea when I get home I found out that the grits or gravy not what I ordered call back to complain the manager said what would you like me to do for you I'd like for you to get the damn order correct if you could but no she was too busy in the office I had to sit there and wait for her to come out of the office the other employees didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there for about 5 minutes I'm telling you is getting ridiculous about this fast food restaurants they can't get orders correct but every damn one of them wants to get a raise

I ordered the new "Memphis BBQ" combo, and I was very DISAPPOINTED. The commercial on television and at the store show a juicy burger with crunchy onion rings and a decent amount of barbeque meat. My sandwich had a decent hamburger pattie, BUT the Onion Rings were Soggy and Greasy and the BBQ Meat was almost NON EXISTANT. I had to open the sandwich to even see the BBQ meat. There was a small teaspoon of the BBQ meat and it didn't even reach the edges of the bun. This should be considered False Advertisement for Hardees and all other restaurants that commit the same practices.
