The Manager need to fix the problem.

The Coffee Maker need to be replace today. Upgrade the area.

Monitor the Bathrooms make sure they are clean.



Please clean or replace the Coffee Maker this week. I will be back to see if someone listening to me.

I really have a complaint (something that I rarely do).

This morning, since it is mother's day, and, since my wife and I are light eaters, I decided to go to your store here, which is two blocks from where I live. I had intended to use the drive thru; when I got there about 7 cars were in front of me, so I went inside. 45 minutes later I was still waiting for my order which was three saugage and egg biscuits. I only got my order after talking to the manager and one other guy that work there, and, after listening to three other people complain and most of the cars pulled out before getting their order. I would have left too if I hadn't already paid. One customer asked for his money back; another lady told me that her mother's day was ruined.

The place was in complete disorder, the staff acted as if they didn't know what was going on. One of the workers attempted to make an excuse. He said that "it was not their fault if the people in the back didn't have it (sic) and that he had been cussed out ten times this morning". They also changed the menu while I was there (from breakfast to lunch), which resulted in cooking my order as if I had just put it in.



I suspose that is my last time going there.
