I gave one star because although my nails are very cute, The customer service was horrible, for one the man who did my moms pedicure & manicure was rude, she tried smiling at him and he just kept a straight face with no personality. He was rubbing the crap out of her arm when putting on lotion and threw the menu & the ticket (when she paid) several times at her. My eyebrows were on fleek until I got home & noticed they were swollen and broke out with bumps and a layer of skin was tore off, the next day I woke up and it was still swollen and bumpy. My mom also got her eyebrows done and specifically asked the lady to make it look natural and be trimmed & clean, that did not happen, the lady removed most of my moms eyebrows. I do not recommend this "establishment" customer service was horrible, they do not take their time, they talk across the shop,,, just not a good nail salon.
