My Father is bed ridden and we came in with a transport from VA. The lobby was clean and the receptionist were very professional and very nice. However when we went to the assessment room and spoke with the nurse everything turned bad. She was under the impression that we were there for a urinary tract infection which was apparently written down in the computer wrong however it also said that we were there as a new patient. Tiffany wanted to argue with me and tell me that we wasted our time and trip because there was nothing I could do if my father could not urinate. She was argumentative condescending rude and wouldn't even let me speak. At this point I felt like leaving. Doctor Gilbert came in with his great bedside manner shook my hand discussed my dad's situation and listen to me about my experience with his nurse. I don't know if he said something to her or not. If it wasn't for his professionalism, kindness and great bed side manner I would still be thinking about this unhinged nurse. I realized there was no way he was aware of this problem in his office because he is such a good Doctor and wouldn't stand for this conduct. Thank you Doctor Gilbert for totally turning around probably one of the worse experiences ever with a nurse myself and my mom has ever had. I'm still giving you 5 stars despite of this unbelievable start in your office. I was that impressed with you . Thanks again!
