Visited there while passing through the area on our way to Birmingham. Went into the store , bought a couple of shirts, and brought back some memories. Hadn't been there since 1969. It changed a bit - loved it. Will be back next year.

Went and got 4 uniforms sewn at Ranger Joe's. They lost my air assault wings (which I bought from them) so my uniforms came back without the wings sewn on and I was out of the wings. Customer service refused to do anything even though I had the receipt showing the purchase of the wings and the receipt showing I paid to have them sewn on the uniform. BLUF: Waste of money, customer service non-existent.

I like shopping here they usually have most everything I want. I visit the store every time I visit Columbus over the past 25 years that I know of. Good prices and the employees are the most friendly people I know.

It wasn't a bad experince but it wasn't what I was accustom to.

They have everything you need. Great prices, name tags made in minutes. Call ahead if you need something out of the ordinary.
