About Our Practice The best approach to non-surgical comprehensive spine care is through an evaluation with a complete array of treatment options provided by your Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician ( Physiatrist ). Physiatrists are specialist whose services are requested when a patient with back pain, neck pain, musculoskeletal and neurological disorders, or work related injuries require diagnoses and management when surgical intervention is not required or is the treatment of last resort. We do work closely with Neurosurgeons and Orthopedic Surgeons to provide patients with surgical alternatives if required to obtain the best functional outcomes.
