I am currently one of the residents on your Springfield Crossing property. I have been a resident at this location for six years without any violation(s) in that time frame. Unfortunately that all changed when one of the newly staffed employees that works in the rental office (Mrs.Aaliyah) started working here. She is extremely disrespectful, and unprofessional. She screens phone calls, she has previously and recently cursed out the residents as well as thier childrens. She has her own business within the rental office. She has threatened to have residents put out and has said on numerous occasions that she'll have them put out in a week or less. She has made up her own violations (that are not documented in the lease) ie: children not being able to ride bikes anywhere, not being able to sit on the stairwells even if you are a resident,not being able to stand outside of your
